I have two more in my freezer.Take less than a 15p turkey, rub/ flavor up with fresh thyme, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, and cram half of a huge onion inside. Binde tight, or cut off wings and legs, then roastisserrie for 12 min/p. Endulge.
